Sullen clouds are gathering fast over the black fringe of the skyline.

The palm trees in a row by the streets are smiting their heads against the dismal sky; the crows with their dragged wings are silent on the tamarind branches, and the eastern bank of the canal is haunted by a deepening gloom.

The sky seems to ride fast upon the madly rushing rain; the water in the canal is loud and impatient.

The wind is roaring and struggling among the bamboo branches like a wild beast tangled in a net; while the countless droplets explode into an unending banter against the steel-covered awnings.

Now, why is it that whenever it rains, my heart just cringes in pain?

Finance is an overkill. i've been spending 6 hrs for each chapter of finance. it's so fucking technical. Who cares whether u wanna do debt or equity financing, as long as it works. U can have a capital structure that focuses so much on leveraging that you go bankrupt and that's not even my problem. And then there's the call and put options; I don't fucking give a damn if your call and put options x100 are in-the-money, at-the-money, or out-of-the-money as long as you give me the money dammit!

Andy murray's rilly fucking gd. It's his first time playing in the shanghai masters and yet, he remained triumphant in all his matches there so far. He even defeated federer by 6-4, 6-7, 5-7 just a few mins ago. Oh and there were 10 deuces in the last set at 4-5. Wtf seriously.

It's also federer's 1st time getting booted out so early in the tournament.. but tt's probably due to his back injury.

Anyways, it was a fucking exciting match. I'm contented.

Btw, andy roddick withdrew due to an ankle injury. Damn.

And so... today marks the last day of lessons (supposedly cos nxt wk's the study wk but i've still got 2 more classes and 1 more interview) and last presentation of my yr2, term 1.

Gilles Simon merely edged into the top 8 for the shanghai masters due to the withdrawal of rafael nadal. In case ure wondering, he withdrew due to back injuries.
