World No.1 Rafael Nadal has announced that he'll be withdrawing from Wimbledon 2009 due to recurring knee injuries. He was diagnosed with tendinitis in both quadriceps tendons as well as a small amount of fluid on the kneecaps.

Looks like fed's gonna win it again. Who knows? Murray may have a shot at it too.

Wimbledon 2009 commences on the 22nd of June.. Will Federer clinch his 15th grand slam title and beat Pete Sampras's record of 14 in the history of tennis?

Speaking of federer, I just dreamt that I met him at the french open last nite and he autographed my t shirt or sth cant rmbr. The thing is, i'm not even a fan of him. Andy Murray winning his first grand slam should be THE dream. WtfI've been wanting to buy this wimbledon polo t but after including freight charges, gst and airport taxes, it'll most probably amount to abt S$250 - S$300. I don't know if I wanna pay so much for a polo t. I know that it's by Ralph Lauren but.. I don't know la.

And there I thought my picture was small. I just got recognized by the breadtalk staff @ Raffles city when I went in to buy a piece of bread for breakfast tmr while waiting for the bus to come.

I just realised that the promotion started yesterday and the posters should be up at all the outlets then.

Breadtalk staff: Eh! you look like the guy in the poster!

Me: *Silent*

Breadtalk staff: Really look alike leh.. is it you?!

*Everyone stares at me and the poster and my bread*

Me: Er.. ye..yes. tts me.. hahah

Breadtalk staff: wah.. you want discount?

Me: Don't need la.. it's ok. Thanks.

Like not paiseh. I was just buying 1 pc of bread for breakfast... discount what sai.

But honestly, I think the photo's qt small.. unless you really go and look at who's in it. Oh wells.

I thought I saw nicole at Aljunied station on my way home just now. Not sure if it was her though.

Defending champions of The French Open, Nadal & Ivanovic both got booted out of the tournament on the same fateful day. What a stunner.

I know. This photo's the epitome of grotesqueness.. but it's on breadtalk's website and it'll be on the posters of all breadtalk outlets either this wk or nxt wk. Thankfully it's small. It was the creative director's idea.. "turn your head and wink while eating the bread" and it became a somewhat orgasmic shot. Thanks alot. Really.

Anyhow, submit creative photos of you eating bread and stand a chance to win a pair of return tickets to japan!
