The all-time favorite Steamed Chilli Crab Dumplings are back at all Din Tai Fung outlets from 1st July to 31st August. I was told to write the press release and come up with a headline for the above product and it's featured in all our Chilli Crab Dumplings advertisement collaterals! heh.
I've tried it myself and it's simply mouthwatering.

Inspired by Singaporeans’ all-time favorite delicacy, these Chilli Crab Dumplings will set to tantalize your taste buds with the use of traditional piquant condiments; to stir in a hint of local flavor and that extra touch of perfection.

At 40% larger than the signature Xiao Long Bao (Steamed Pork Dumplings), this palatable delight consists of a concoction of spicy, succulent crabmeat and steaming consommé ensconced within a delicate, translucent skin.
